Streamlining Safety, Simplifying Compliance.

Sweco, one of Europe’s leading architecture and engineering consultancy companies, lacked an efficient method for communicating safety and hazard instructions on the worksite, relying solely on paperwork. Filling out and managing everyday mandatory legal forms was time-consuming and the information flow from the workers to the management was slow.

Neuvo came up with a solution for Sweco. We developed an automated multilingual electronic form filling platform for the worksite. Neuvo’s versatile platform works with QR codes, allowing for immediate access without the need to download any supporting applications. Use of partially pre-filled forms saves the users' time tremendously. Once submitted, these forms are instantly available to the employers in the tour dashboard. Multiple forms used on the construction site are now consolidated within a centralized system. Adding images and files has been made effortless. Relevant information can be shared within an instant with all the stakeholders. Managers at Sweco now have a much more comprehensive overview of the activities that are being carried out on-site and they are well informed about the possible hazards. 

Our solution was implemented in a project in Finland in 2023, running from start to finish with highly positive feedback and outcomes. The solution will be deployed on a larger scale during winter 2024-2025, incorporating enhanced functionalities, including a worksite diary. We have been continuously adjusting and developing the platform through strong collaboration and dialogue with the client. Our agnostic solution enhances the safety of the workers on the worksite with accurate and reliable information and adds true value by saving time at multiple stages throughout the workday, thus serving as a strong testament to our user-friendly and intuitive approach to solutions.
