Our GBV support platform is a low-threshold solution designed to function in areas with limited internet connectivity, including basic 2G phones.
Our solution serves as an accessible first step to seek help for victims anonymously and around the clock. It offers the user detailed information on recognizing violence, understanding victims’ legal rights, and connecting the users with local support services. Our mission is to challenge and dismantle the harmful beliefs and stereotypes surrounding gender-based violence.
The platform comes with an emergency button. The user can request getting help in person anywhere just by pressing the button. It will automatically send the location of the user to the nearby support services.
The educational content on our platform addresses the users’ key challenges regarding GBV, enhancing their financial literacy and independence, clarifying legal processes from the victim’s perspective, and providing support in overcoming barriers to independence and establishing personal boundaries.
